A workshop called “Love You, Life” was conducted for our senior students on June 7, 2022, by Dr Malini, Ms Varsha and Ms Radhika from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The workshop helped students understand the value of life, and realize how different people can have different perceptions about the same situation.
The workshop also motivated the students to cultivate awareness about their thoughts, and equipped them with simple techniques to manage and deal with negative thoughts. It helped them to understand and analyze how actions or behaviors can be traced back to emotions, thoughts, and finally to the situation.
“Love You, Life” was an amazing awareness generating and informative workshop for the students, and they responded very well, participating in all the activities that were conducted.
