Teachers’ Day Celebrations

This year, the students of classes IX and X made arrangements for the celebration of Teachers’ Day. Teaching is the profession that contributes more to the future of our society and the future of our country than any other profession. The new meditation hall was decorated by students and greeting cards were made to invite teachers to the celebrations. The most interesting part of the celebration was when students performed Acharya Vandanam. They presented their gifts, greeting cards and sweets to their respected nation builders! All the teachers blessed the students and prayed for their success. The program included dance, games, mimicry etc. which was enjoyed by all. The students had organised ‘musical chairs’ which took everyone back to their childhood, and the winners were given prizes. The program was very refreshing and removed everyone’s stress and tension.
