It was a very special day for all of us when we celebrated Independence Day at our school. The day started with flag hoisting accompanied by the singing of the national anthem. There were thought provoking speeches on the importance of Independence Day as well as songs and patriotic dances that brought out the patriotic spirit in us. Our School Principal delivered the Independence Day message.
On the same day, as part of Amrita Fest, we had group competitions like Instant Dramatization, Rangoli and individual competitions like Elocution, Art and Articulation. Overall, it was a fun-filled day which left us all in awe and amazement.
