Yoga is an invaluable gift from our ancient tradition.Yoga embodies unity of the mind and body,thought and action with a holistic approach that is important for our health and well-being. It is not just about exercises; it is a way to discover the sense of oneness with the world and nature.

International Yoga Day was celebrated by our students and teachers with great enthusiasm, and with a difference.A video was shared with the students,wherein an assembly was held virtually. We started the celebration with prayer. Our yoga instructor, Ms.Vasanthi ma’am addressed the students about the benefits of yoga.The video also displayed images and demonstrations of various yogasanas and pranayama exercises along with an explanation about their significance.

Celebrating International Yoga Day at home with family was refreshing and enjoyable.
