The importance of a stress buster is very well felt in today’s lifestyle. Yoga provides a solution to this problem. The importance of Yoga is popularly celebrated all over the world on June 21st. We had yoga sessions for every student and staff on this day. There was a special session by our juniors presenting breath-taking yogasanas like Thadasan, Vrukshasan etc. These postures are very helpful in maintaining balance in life.

We also have begun to practice yoga in our daily routine. It is an integral part of our day and we usually start our day with it. It is helping us a lot and we hope that we keep practicing it regularly.
